Rates
- Prime Season rates (June 22nd to Labour Day) $1000 / week.
- Off-Season weekly rates (after Labour Day to June 22nd) $700 / week.
- Off-Season weekend rates $350 / weekend
A $50.00 charge applies per extra person over the recommended occupancy

Damage deposit $100.
Payment and Schedule
The completed application form and all cheques are required to confirm a booking. If the customer books the cottage four weeks or less from start of rental time, the rent must be paid in full by certified cheque or money order. Weekend rentals must be paid in full upon booking. Renters will have first opportunity to tentatively book next season.

All cheques due ASAP after verbal acceptance. Please send the following three cheques dated accordingly or send one cheque for full amount.

- Weekend rentals: Due in full upon booking
- Optional Motor Rental:
- An outboard motor to go on the 14ft aluminum boat may be rented at an additional charge.
($200 for weekly rentals, $75 for weekend rentals).
- Payment is due along with the final payment.
- Proof of a valid boater’s license must be provided.
- We take no liability for use of the boat and any damage caused by the renter.
- Use of the boat and motor is at the renter’s own risk.
Check-in / Check-out
Weekly rentals - Arrival time after 2pm Saturday, check-out by 11am Saturday.
Weekend rentals - Arrival time after 10am Friday, check-out by 8pm Sunday.
Cancellation Policy
If the customer wishes to cancel the rental agreement, he must notify the owner in writing and the following policy shall apply.
- If the cancellation is six weeks or more from the beginning of the rental date, the owner will refund all monies less a $100 handling charge
- If the cancellation is made less than six weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the owner will attempt to rebook that time slot. If this is accomplished, the item above will apply
- If any portion of the rental time can be booked, then a refund shall apply to the portion of the time booked less a $100 handling charge
- If the rental period cannot be booked all monies paid by the customer are forfeited to the owner
